Continuation of AS2001. Covers initiative, full-range leadership, team building, communication skills, and leadership and motivation briefs. The course further develops cadets’ ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and prepare for Field Training and future leadership roles. Leadership Laboratory provides practical followership and team-based experiences.
